How to shop at Pitta Patta

Explore the pitta patta range through tabs at the top of the page. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the ‘add to basket’ button.

You will notice the shopping basket to the right of the page.

To continue shopping just click on the tabs above and continue shopping. Your shopping basket is visible on the right side of the page.

Once you have finished shopping at our shop, click on the show basket button, review your order and the quantity of items then click on the ‘check out’ button.

At the ‘check out’ you will be asked for your delivery and payment details. Your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology (read more below). We accept (visa, mastercard, bankcard). Postage/shipping costs have been automatically added to your order.

When you have finalised your order you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order by email.

A tax invoice will accompany your purchases and if purchased in Australia all prices will include gst.

Transaction security

When you use your credit card with us you can be assured that you are protected against the misuse of your credit card details. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that all your information is safely encrypted when it is transmitted.

Postage & handling costs

All orders are weighed and priced according to the standard first class rate within Australia and England.

Delivery time

We aim to ship your order within 3 - 7 working days - except where an ordered item is out of stock, your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at once (in which case, we will advise you of any delay).

So that we can avoid any disappointment. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will always try to help.

Delivery service

Should an order delivery be incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately on orders@pittapatta.com should an order be lost in transit, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.

  • we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
  • we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Packaging

We use environmentally responsible packaging and recycle all packaging materials that are sent to us.

Privacy policy

We guarantee never to disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason. We only collect your details that are necessary to ensure that we can effectively complete your transaction and deliver your order.
